Crystel, a proud graduate of Martinsville High School (Class of 2002) and Ivy Tech Community College, dedicated her life to family and service. From 2012 to 2016, she served as the Coroner for Hancock County, demonstrating a deep commitment to her community’s well-being. Alongside her public service, Crystel was a devoted homemaker, contributing to the happiness and harmony of her household.
A beacon of faith, Crystel was an active member of Brandywine Community Church, where her kindness and compassion shone brightly.
