Brian Wecht Wife, Daughter, Age, Height, Other Facts About The Musician

In the American entertainment industry, you probably won’t find anyone whose profile is as rich and diverse as that of Brian Wecht. He is a former theoretical physicist, but now a renowned actor, comedian, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist as well as a social media personality to name a few.

His transition from his college career to the world of buzz in the entertainment industry has remained rare. Not only did Brian stand out and be recognized in good standing for what he does now, but he also consistently left his fans wanting more of him. Here, we’re going to look at everything he’s done over the years, from when he started life as a tot.

Brian Wecht Bio (Age)

The multi-talented star was born in PomptonPlains, New Jersey on April 22, 1975. Few revelations have been made about his childhood; like what school he went to, what he looked like as a kid, and even who his parents are. But, given that before Brian ventured into the entertainment industry he was a renowned physicist, we can assume that he had a normal childhood and devoted much of his young adult life to his studies.

In particular, he studied and completed his doctorate in particle physics at the University of California at San Diego. Brian had his research work centered on supersymmetry, quantum field theory and string theory. Prior to his 2015 retirement from academia, he worked as a researcher at Harvard University, Queen Mary University of London and a few other notable institutions of higher learning.

Before he called it quits as a particle physicist, Brian Wecht had actually started trying out his entertainment skills as a musician and improv comedian (Ninja Brian character) when he met Dan Avidan in 2009.

The two formed the Ninja Sex Party – a musical comedy duo and started creating original songs which they uploaded to their YouTube channel. While Avidan was in charge of vocals, Brian played instruments like guitar, bass, and drums. They enjoyed reasonable fame, all thanks to their social media presence. In 2015, Ninja Sex Party was joined by Tupper Ware Remix Party as a support group.

In 2013, Brian Wecht and Dan Avidan joined Arin Hanson to form Starbomb; another comedy group that focused on video game parodies. In the group, Brian played musical instruments while Avidan sang and Arin offered rap vocals. The trio released their self-titled debut album Starbomb in 2013, followed by Player ‘s Choice in 2014 and The TryForce in 2018.

Wecht expanded his career profile to include the Game Grumps team where he worked as a social media manager and occasionally appeared on their video with his half of Satrbomb – Dan Avidan. Brian was part of the team and proved to be an indispensable member of the Let’s Play web series. To his credit, Brian Wecht co-wrote Burgie Burgie and All Hail Burgie which were very successful.

Family: wife, daughter

Brian Wecht is a family man, he is married to Rachel Bitney Wecht with whom he shares a daughter named Audrey Wecht who was born on May 20, 2014. Not much information has been revealed about Rachel, however, we do know a couple things about their daughter. The little girl was nicknamed Ninja Audrey to rhyme with her father’s Ninja Brian. She was featured on the Game Grumps channel for which she holds the record as the youngest person to be featured on the channel. Maybe as she gets older, we might see her take what her dad does, as she seems ready to live in the spotlight.
